Mobile Crushing Service
The traditional way of handling existing hardcore and rubble is by grubbing up, disposal, and then later import of crushed material. This is becoming more and more expensive, and is particularly true with the government’s ongoing annual increase in landfill tax of £3/tonne. There is also a growing drive by local planning authorities to limit the amount of material currently being taken off sites.
Save money
The immediate available cost savings are – No skip hire or wagon costs, no annually increasing landfill tax and a reduction in the volume of purchased imported materials. Time is Money - No more waiting for wagons or skips collection for disposal and subsequent delivery, and the crushed material is available for immediate use.
On a job with 60 tonnes of 70mm material, the overall savings on using skips would be over £1,600.
Raise your profile
Many building and construction companies are now adding to their environmental credentials the fact that where possible they are re-using available on site materials.

Full method statements and risk assessments are supplied upon request. There are two emergency cut out switches, one either side of the machine. Safe loading and off loading at delivery and collection time is achieved by the operator using a hand held remote control unit. There is a fine nozzle water dust suppressor, if required, which can be fed from a domestic supply or stand pipe.
The machine is surprisingly quiet, having a noise rating of 80 db, which compares very favourably with petrol lawn mowers, which are generally rated at 90 db.
